Terry, Office Manager
Terry's career in the oral healthcare field impressively covers 25+ years so far. She truly loves our patients and the other team members, all of whom strive to provide high-quality care each day. For her, seeing a happy patient walk out smiling is worth more than a million dollars! Away from work, she is the blessed mother of four wonderful children named Tiffany, Claudia, Noah, and AvaRose. She spends her free time cooking, hosting fellowship/bible studies with her church family, and participating in various outdoor activities like golfing, camping, fishing, hunting, and hanging out at the Frio River. Making beautiful memories with loved ones is always her #1 priority.
Melissa, Business Assistant
have 20yrs experience in the medical field. Although I am fairly new to dentistry, I take pride in being efficient in my work while providing a warm and welcoming environment for all of our patients. Outside of work i enjoy spending time with my three beautiful daughters, Madison, Miabella and Miranda. I love cooking new recipes and enjoy my free time at the gym.
Kathryn, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kathryn says that the best part of her job is that she knows she’s helping our patients keep their smiles for a lifetime. She completed her dental hygiene training through Del Mar College and is ozone therapy certified. Kathryn is also our team’s go-to computer person! Originally from Nordheim, TX, she likes to read, garden, and work out in her free time.
Ashley, Registered Dental Hygenist
I have been a Dental Hygienist for 12 years now and prior to that I was a Dental Assistant for about 7 years. I enjoy caring for my patients and giving them the confident smile they deserve. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 21 Years; we have 3 children. My oldest daughter and then our twins! Outside of work we love going fishing and hunting.
Nora, Registered Dental Assistant
Nora joined us in 2021, and she brings over 10 years of dental experience to our team. For her, being an assistant is all about helping our patients and team members enjoy a smooth experience in the office. She attended South Texas Vocational Training and has her certification in nitrous oxide monitoring. Nora has been happily married for over a decade, and she and her husband have three adorable kids---two girls and one boy. When she isn’t at the softball field, she likes to relax by hosting family cookouts, camping, and traveling.
Claudia, Registered Dental Assistant
I started here in 2024 at Dr. Kerr’s Dental office as your Dental Assistant. I truly love what I do because I’ve always been passionate about patient care and helping others, which makes this career deeply fulfilling for me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Astro. Golfing with my husband and friends, and baking—especially trying out new recipes on the weekends. These hobbies bring me a lot of joy and help me recharge, so I can bring my best self to both my personal and professional life

I Started here in 2025 with Dr. Ashley Kerr I am a new face here but an old hand in dentistry! I love helping patients feel comfortable, answering questions, and bringing a little extra cheer to your visit. When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me making jewelry, crafting or curled up with a good book.
